What using Brain looks like

Ask in plain English

Type a question the way you'd ask a colleague. Brain searches your own documents and brings back the answer.

What did we propose to Client X for their 2025 launch?

A press briefing in Lagos, a two-week media tour, then monthly coverage reports.

See the source, or hear that there isn't one

Every answer links to the documents it came from, so you can check it. If Brain can't find a source, it says so.

What did Client Y pay us in 2019?

I couldn't find that in your documents.

Draft in each client's voice

Press releases, pitch emails and summaries, built from a client's brand voice notes and past work. Brain drafts. A person reads, edits and sends.

Press release draft

Client Y today announced Z, bringing its work closer to the people it serves.

In Client Y's voice

Only what each person may see

Brain answers from the documents the person asking is allowed to open, so a restricted file never shows up in someone else's answer.

  • Client Y brand voice notes.docxYour team
  • Client Z budget.pdfOwner only

What Brain reads

It works with the files you already have. Your originals stay where they are.

Your everyday files

PDFs, Word documents, slides and text files.

Scanned documents too

Brain reads the text in scans, so old paperwork counts.

Sorted by client

Documents are tagged by client, and Brain learns from new work as you add it.

Can you trust the answers?

Does Brain make things up?

Every answer shows its sources, so you can see where it came from. If Brain can't find a source, it says so instead of guessing.

Should we still check its work?

Yes. Brain gives you a starting point and shows its sources. A person reads every draft and decides what goes out.

Can Brain send anything on its own?

No. Brain drafts, and your team sends, saves and shares.

What if a document tries to trick it?

Brain treats what's inside your documents as reference material, not instructions. Text in a file can't change what Brain does.
