Your own database
Every company gets its own separate database, storage and hosting. Nothing is shared between companies.
Permissions come first
Brain only searches documents the person asking is allowed to see. The database enforces this, not just the screen.
Encrypted throughout
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Regular backups
Encrypted backups run every day and before every update.
Export and deletion
Export everything at any time. If you leave, we export your data to you and delete it within 30 days unless we agree otherwise.
No model training
Your data never trains shared AI models, and one company's documents never reach another's.
